Select whether the shirt is for the birthday diva or birthday entourage
2. In the Personalization please provide the following information:
1-Provide Chapter (age) if adding to the front of the shirt-Optional
2-Provide name if adding to the front of the shirt-Optional
3. Do not add any other personalization/customization to your order without first communicating with us. Custom orders are welcomed. Just send us a custom request and will be happy to work with you.
REFUND|EXCHANGE POLICY
Personalized items are nonrefundable or exchangeable unless an error was made by the shop.
