- Indicate whether the shirt is for Birthday Chic or Birthday Squad-Required
- If adding a chapter on the back of the shirt enter age-Optional
- Provide name if adding to the front of the shirt-Optional
3. Do not add any other personalization/customization to your order without first communicating with us. Custom orders are welcomed. Just send us a custom request and will be happy to work with you.
